Havas Creative, the advertising arm of marketing behemoth Havas Group, is kicking off the year with three executive appointments.

The three newest members of the Havas Creative senior leadership team are Jocelyn Weiss, Tamara Greene and Tracey Barber. Weiss and Greene are company insiders, while Barber is joining the firm from a subsidiary of competitor Interpublic Group.

“I’d like to congratulate Tracey and Tamara on their richly deserved promotions, and welcome a communications heavyweight in Jocelyn to the Havas family,” remarked Havas Group chief executive Donna Murphy.

Jocelyn Weiss is Havas Creative’s new global chief communications officer. She was previously the director of global communications at MRM, a subsidiary of top Havas competitor Interpublic Group.

In her new role, Weiss will be in charge of bolstering Havas Creative’s corporate reputation. Her responsibilities will include coordinating marketing teams at the firm’s numerous branch offices to ensure they deliver the company’s messaging in a consistent and effective way.

Tamara Greene is Havas Creative’s new managing director for global brands. Greene has worked at Havas Creative for nearly a decade and played a central role in securing two of the firm’s biggest client wins in recent memory: its contracts with Samsung’s Harman audio equipment brand and Randstad, the world’s largest recruitment agency.

The third new member of Havas’ leadership senior team is Tracey Barber. She has been appointed to the role of global chief transformation and growth officer.

Barber was until now Havas Creative’s global chief marketing officer. In that role, she was responsible for new business, marketing and internal and external communications.

Barber will continue to oversee those parts of Havas Creative’s operations in her new role. She will also be responsible for the teams within the firm that focuses on launching products and services.

Havas Creative’s parent company, Havas Group, is one of the so-called Big Four marketing firms. The Paris-headquartered firm has 20,000 people in more than 100 countries.
