Randstad inks training and services deal with ServiceNow

This article was written by a human. Here’s how to tell.

Randstad Digital has partnered with enterprise software vendor ServiceNow to support the recruiting programs of the latter company’s corporate clients.

Randstad Digital is the recently established IT business of Randstad, the world’s largest recruiting firm. ServiceNow, meanwhile, has built a SaaS platform that big companies rely on to power internal processes such as delivering technical support to employees.

ServiceNow has experienced strong revenue growth in recent years. More companies are adopting its platform, which means there’s a need for more IT experts well-versed in setting up and using the software.

Randstad Digital will help companies that use ServiceNow find the necessary talent. Besides merely providing recruiting services, Randstad Digital will also launch a training initiative: it will familiarize IT professionals with ServiceNow’s platform to expand the talent pool available to ServiceNow customers.

It sounds like the training program will likely be fairly broad. Randstad plans to help corporate clients find employees with ServiceNow expertise “ranging from entry level to expert” level, which hints the firm plans to offer multiple learning tracks with different levels of complexity.

ServiceNow executive Amy Regan Morehouse commented that “as more organizations look to technology to drive productivity and efficiency, digital talent is essential for success, but increasingly hard to identify. We are thrilled Randstad Digital chose RiseUp with ServiceNow to help close that opportunity gap. Through the program, individuals will be empowered to build meaningful technology careers with a promising trajectory.”

There are also other notable aspects to Randstad Digital’s new tie-up with ServiceNow. The text of the companies’ partnership announcement suggests that Randstad Digital will not only help companies find ServiceNow talent but also provide them with outsourced IT services.

In particular, the announcement made a mention of Randstad Digital’s talent centers, which are offices where the company employs teams well-versed in ServiceNow and other enterprise software products. Companies can hire those teams on a temporary basis to assist them with IT projects.
