Margaret Rogers is the new CEO of Pariveda Solutions

Midsize technology consultancy Pariveda Solutions has promoted long-time executive Margaret Rogers to the role of CEO.

Rogers is taking over from Pariveda founder Bruce Ballengee, who launched the firm in 2003 and grew it into a national operation with over 700 employees across multiple offices. Ballengee will stay at the helm until the middle of the year, at which point he will move to a supporting role on the firm’s board.

“Our company is designed to be resilient and adaptive, making us uniquely qualified to solve the most complex and chaotic challenges our clients will face in the coming years,” Rogers remarked. “We will continue diversifying our services through our talented and innovative people, partners, and customers while staying true to our mission and values.”

Pariveda’s professionals assist companies with IT modernization initiatives. The firm can migrate an on-premises data warehouse to the cloud, build an app to boost a company’s client acquisition strategy and carry out other technology projects.

Pariveda also takes on business consulting engagements. In 2021, it bought a boutique New York branding agency called Sustena Group that works with B2B startups to develop company names and the surrounding marketing materials.

Incoming Pariveda CEO Margaret Rogers joined the firm five years before its acquisition of Sustena Group. She has held multiple key roles at Pariveda since coming aboard: Rogers is currently head of the delivery excellent group and earlier led the firm’s New York practice as managing vice president.

Rogers is bringing a quarter century of consulting industry experience to the CEO post. She started her career at Accenture, where she spent five years, and went on to hold senior leadership roles at multiple technology consultancies and marketing agencies.

The fact that Rogers’ has both technology and marketing know-how will be a big asset for Pariveda given that the firm is active in both markets. Moreover, Rogers also brings entrepreneur skills to the CEO role: at one point in her career, the executive founded a consultancy focused on web design and content management.
